We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping will be available soon.

Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping (₹99): For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Processing Time: Each product is carefully inspected and packaged. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities may receive orders in 3-5 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at orangenz.official@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable: Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Custom orders are final sale.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Replacements: If your product is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
